Who Can Write Residential Coverage

To write Colorado FAIR Plan residential coverage, you must: 

  • Hold a valid Colorado property casualty or personal lines license; and

  • Be registered with the Colorado FAIR Plan.

  • Agents do not have binding authority. 

If you’re a licensed agent, but are not yet registered to write the Colorado FAIR Plan, register now.
