To write Colorado FAIR Plan commercial coverage, you must:
Hold a valid Colorado P&C license.
Be registered with the Colorado FAIR Plan.
Agents do not have binding authority.
If you’re an agent with a valid P&C license in Colorado, but are not yet registered to write the Colorado FAIR Plan, register now.
