Payment Options
The Colorado FAIR Plan offers a variety of premium payment plans and options for policyholders. Payment plan options are an important component of making insurance coverage accessible for residential and commercial property owners. These include quarterly, semiannual, or pay-in-full options.
Pay Online
The Colorado FAIR Plan uses E-pay to process online premium payments. E-pay is a safe and convenient way to pay by credit card or ACH from the comfort of your home or business.
To make an online payment, you need the following information:
Payer name
Payer email address
Policy number
Zip code of the billing address associated with the policy
Note: The zip code corresponds to the billing address associated with the policy, not necessarily the property itself, unless they are the same. For example, if the premium is paid via escrow, the zip code must match the mortgage lender's zip code.
It is not necessary to sign up or create an account with E-pay to make a payment.

Payment Fees
Processing fees are a standard cost of accepting electronic payments, which the Colorado FAIR Plan must cover. Below we outline the fees associated with the different payment types and payment plan options.
Credit card payment transaction fee - 3.9% of the payment amount
ACH payment fee - $7/transaction
All payment plan options except pay-in-full are assessed an additional $6 fee
