Who Can Register
All agents with valid Colorado property casualty or personal lines licenses can register to write Colorado FAIR Plan policies. Important information about the registration process can be found below.
Agent Portal Access
Registration provides agents with access to our Agent Portal, allowing you to generate quotes, track your history writing for the FAIR Plan, and monitor eligible commissions.
How to Register with the Colorado FAIR Plan
Registration for the Colorado FAIR Plan gathers the information to verify agent licenses and issue credentials to agents so they can access the Agent Portal.
Once the registration is validated, the information provided at registration allows Colorado FAIR Plan to:
Generate quotes as well as bind and issue policies for registered agents
Issue commission checks
Publish registered agent contact information in the consumer-facing Agent Search Tool
Important Things to Note:
Colorado FAIR Plan registration takes place at the agent level. This requires agents to provide their individual business email addresses, not just a generic agency email address.
In order to register successfully, all fields must be completed.
The Agent Search Tool allows consumers to find agents who are registered to write FAIR Plan coverage. The tool lists the agent name, agency name, and the phone number, email and address associated with the business. Agents will automatically be added to the Search Tool unless you opt out on the registration form.
Please allow up to two business days to process your registration and issue your credentials.
Are You Already Registered?
All registered agents will be featured in the consumer-facing Agent Search Tool, unless the agent opts out. The agent name, business name, phone number, email, and business address you provided at the time of registration will be displayed following the registration process. You can request to have your information updated anytime using the Change Form.
