Pursuant to §10-4-110.9 and Regulation 5-1-17, the Colorado FAIR Plan has implemented binding moratoriums for areas of the state that are immediately threatened by fire and are under possible evacuation (green), pre-evacuation (yellow), or evacuation (red) orders per the Ready, Set, Go evacuation protocol.
We will use the Watch Duty app to monitor status and apply the moratoriums. Agents may send in applications; however, underwriting will not bind any property in an area identified by local officials as "Ready, Set, or Go." Any properties outside of that area can be bound after an underwriting review.
