Wildfires and hail put Colorado residential and commercial properties at risk. Across Colorado, home and business owners have experienced increased difficulty finding coverage for their properties. The Colorado FAIR Plan plays a unique role in the state’s insurance market. We provide coverage for homes and commercial properties that have received at least three declinations from the standard market due to the high-risk nature of their properties.
While FAIR Plan coverage is more limited and can come at a higher cost, it is an option property owners can consider in order to avoid being uninsured when disaster strikes. We put together a series of ready to use Colorado FAIR Plan educational materials for you to share with your constituents and communities.
