The Colorado FAIR Plan now offers commercial property coverage. On this page you’ll find important information about eligibility, coverage, where to find agents who can write FAIR Plan policies and more.

Determine Your Eligibility

To be eligible for Colorado FAIR Plan commercial coverage, you must have evidence of at least three declinations of coverage standard insurance carriers for your property showing that no other coverage options exist. Agents registered with the Colorado FAIR Plan can help you determine your eligibility and your coverage needs.

Product Coverage

Colorado FAIR Plan commercial coverage has a combined maximum amount of $5,000,000 for property and contents. We are currently offering coverage for two types of loss:

  • Group I  - Fire or Lightning, Wildfire, Explosion, Smoke Damage, Vandalism (optional)

  • Group II  - (optional) meaning Windstorm or Hail, damage caused by Aircraft or Vehicles, Riot or Civil Commotion, Sinkhole Collapse, Volcanic Eruption

Commercial Policy Resources

Colorado FAIR Plan coverage is different from the coverage that traditional insurance plans provide. The Commercial Lines FAQ can help you better understand commercial property coverage offered by the Colorado FAIR Plan.

Once your policy has been approved, you’ll receive an email with information about how to pay your premium. You can also safely and securely pay your premium directly from our website. In order to view your invoice and make a payment you will need the payer name, email address, account number and zip code for the covered property.
