The Colorado FAIR Plan is now offering commercial coverage. The launch of the commercial product will take place in two phases. Phase one, which is now available, will use a Manual Submission Process similar to other commercial lines. Phase two, will have automated features like quote generation, premium indication and risk submission through the Digital Edge platform. Phase two will be made available later this year.

Who Can Write Commercial Policies
To write the Colorado FAIR Plan commercial product, agents must hold a valid Colorado P&L license and be registered with the Colorado FAIR Plan. Agents who are licensed to sell Personal Lines only, will not be able to offer commercial quotes. Agents do not have binding authority.
