Agent Resources
The Colorado FAIR Plan now offers commercial coverage. As of November 17th, agents will be able to use the Digital Edge Agent Portal to quote commercial coverage. This replaces the existing Manual Process.
For agents who have a pending submission or quote, those will be completed through the existing manual process. The new system will be applied to any new submissions starting November 17th.

Who Can Write Commercial Policies
To write Colorado FAIR Plan commercial products, agents must hold a valid Colorado P&L license and be registered with the Colorado FAIR Plan. Agents who are licensed to sell Personal Lines only, will not be able to offer commercial quotes. Agents do not have binding authority.
If you’re an agent with a valid P&L in Colorado, but are not yet registered to write the Colorado FAIR Plan, register now.
Are you already registered and ready to begin the process? Log in to the Agent Portal to get started now.
Remember, you must be able to provide three standard market declinations for properties within 45 days of the application submission date.
