All Coverage Is Purchased through Agents
Customers can only purchase Colorado FAIR Plan coverage through a licensed insurance agent or broker who is registered with the FAIR Plan. Agents may have access to property insurance from providers other than the FAIR Plan. If you are eligible, policies from the standard insurance or surplus markets will provide more coverage for a better price. If coverage is not available to you through traditional insurance companies, a registered agent can help you determine your eligibility and apply for coverage through the FAIR Plan.
How to Use the Agent Search Tool
Use the interactive map or search functions to find an agent who is licensed and registered with the Colorado FAIR Plan.
Use the Zoom Tool and adjust the position of where you want to view agents within Colorado or Out of State; or
Click the Search Button on the top left to search by agent name, city, state, or region; or
Click the Region button on the top left to search by Region; or
Click on the Location Icon to view the Agent Contact Information that is associated with that location.

The Colorado FAIR Plan does not endorse or recommend any agents or brokers, nor do we employ or appoint any insurance agents.
Colorado FAIR Plan agents must be licensed in Colorado, although they do not have to be located in Colorado to write Colorado FAIR Plan policies or to provide assistance.
There might not be registered agents in every community. You may contact any registered agent in your county or region if one is not available in your specific city or town.
